Welcome to the Boy’s All-Around Gymnastics and Fitness Program. Participating in this program will provide you with a lot of fun opportunities to gain new skills, make new friends, and increase your fitness.
- This program is called the “All-Around” program because it includes each of the traditional events of men’s gymnastics. The name “All-Around” also describes the well-rounded fitness experience that training on each event provides. Floor tumbling and apparatus develop flexibility, core body strength, and powerful arms and legs. The trampoline is a fantastic place to gain spatial awareness and body control. By learning at each event children gain confidence in themselves and coordination throughout their bodies.
There are two levels in the Boy's All-Around Gymnastics and Fitness Program. They are as follows:
1. Boys Mighty Mites (level 1)
2. Boys Iron Man (level 2)
Curriculum Includes:
- Bars
- P- Bars
- Rings
- Floor Skills
- Vaulting exercises
- Trampoline
- Strength and Flexibility training
We believe fitness should be fun, so whenever it is possible and appropriate, we turn learning skills into games and fun contests. This keeps class and developing fitness a joy rather than a chore.

What should my child wear?
A t-shirt and active wear pants or shorts are great. Kids participate barefoot. Long hair should be pulled back in a pony tail and all jewelry should be removed before class.
