Welcome to the Girl's All-Around Gymnastics and Fitness Program. Participating in this program will provide you with a lot of fun opportunities to gain new skills, make new friends, and increase your fitness.
- This program is called the “All-Around”program because it includes each of the traditional events of women’s gymnastics. The name “All-Around” also describes the well-rounded fitness experience that training on each event provides. For example, training on beam includes basic dance, balance, core body strength, and graceful movement. Floor tumbling and apparatus develop flexibility, core body strength, and powerful arms and legs. The trampoline is a fantastic place to gain spatial awareness and body control. By learning skills at each event children gain confidence in themselves and coordination throughout their bodies.
There are three levels in the Girl's All-Around Gymnastics and Fitness Program. They are as follows:
1. Girls Mighty Mites (level 1)
2. Girl's Starlites (level 2)
3. Girls Dynamites (level 3)
Curriculum Includes:
- Bars
- Beam
- Floor skills
- Vaulting exercises
- Trampoline
- Strength and Flexibility training
We believe fitness should be fun, so whenever it is possible and appropriate, we turn learning skills into games and fun contests. This keeps class and developing fitness a joy rather than a chore.

What should my child wear?
Most girls wear a leotard. A t-shirt and active wear pants are ok for boys and girls. Children go barefoot for classes. For general safety purposes, please be sure that long hair is pulled back and that all jewelry is removed before class. Food, drinks, and gum are not allowed in the gymnastics area.
