CLASS REGISTRATION 

BRAND NEW STUDENTS:--- SIGN UP ANYTIME! Our programs run year round.  As long as there is an opening in a class there is no need to wait for a session to begin or end. Simply call our office, we will assist you in finding the correct class, day and time.  You can register over the phone with a credit card or stop in anytime during our office hours.

 

To Register Is As Easy As  1,2,3 !
1. Contact the Bitterroot Gymnastics front office to learn which class, day and time would work best for you.
2. Make your payment for Class Tuition and for Annual Family Registration Fee.

3. Complete a Class Registration Form and Waiver: 
     a)  Printable Registration and Waiver Form available by clicking here>>

     b) Fill one out when your child attends their first class.

             (Note, Waiver must be completed before student may start class.)

Trial Class?
 Bring your child in for a RISK-FREE Gymnastics PREVIEW CLASS! We offer a preview class for first-time students.  This class is applied toward the class fee when you choose to register for it.

 

 

Current Students ...Keeping your spot from one session to the next / (PDD)

 We make it easy to for you to keep your spot in class from session to session.  Current students have priority over new students as long as your tuition for the next session is paid by a firm deadline called PRIORITY DUE DATE (PDD).

Tuition for current students is due 10 days before the end of the session...(PDD).  If payment for the next session is not received by PDD you will not have in enrolled your child in the next session. Our office will then be lead to believe that you are taking a break for the next session and your priority status will be forfeited and new or previous students will be allowed to fill those spots.

We know that if this policy is not clearly understood by all, there could be frustration for students, the parents and our staff.  We ask that you please have a copy of the Priority Due Dates that you can reference at home. We will help you remember by (1) Giving you a copy of PDD when you sign-up, (2) Hanging a large reminder in the gym well before the actual due date (3) posting PDD on our web site calendar and (4) Showing a count down on our parents information board in the gym.

 We do not invoice and we do not send home reminders.  For your convenience we can keep your credit card number on file and automatically charge your credit card  on each PDD.  If you wold like to choose this option please contact our office or use the form on the back of the registration form. It remains YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know and honor the PDDs throughout the year.

 

A $15.00 fee will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.

 

School Year Discounts
Family Discount: 10% will be subtracted from the 2nd and 3rd child's  tuition if multiple family members are enrolled in the same session. Family means siblings and parents not extended family.
Multiple Class Discount: We have calculated an 18% discount into our quoted prices for any non-team class if your child registers for  2 or more classes per week.

 

Make-Up Policy

Bitterroot Gymnastics does offer make-up opportunities of many of our classes.  Make-ups are a courtesy of Bitterroot Gymnastics.... 

  • Make-ups must be pre-scheduled with our office.
  • Must be within two weeks of absence.
  • We allow TWO MAKE-UPS per session .
